Not necessarily. Industry knowledge is helpful, but not decisive. What matters more is your entrepreneurial profile and your leadership ability. As part of our process, we analyse which industries are a realistic fit for you.
That depends heavily on size and sector. As a rough guide: for smaller businesses, often from €50,000 upwards; for mid-sized companies, significantly more. Financing models such as vendor loans or earn-out structures can reduce the equity requirement. We will clarify this during the process.
Between three and twelve months, depending on how clear your profile is and how flexible you are regarding industry, location, and size. A structured process significantly shortens the search.
Then we have created clarity together – about your profile, your criteria, and the market. This work is never wasted. Often, it opens up paths that were not visible before: a different search approach, a different industry, or an alternative model.
